Pacific Shredding was very prompt and had the most competitive price from the quotes I received. They handled my material securely and was quick to complete the shredding giving me a full list of hard drive serial numbers that were shredded. I will happily recommend Pacific Shredding! Thank you!

Kim who handles the office (originally with American shredding) took wonderful and prompt care of us...honored our original agreement and sent super nice Dimitris to help us and he did! The Vice President of the company came out personally to deal with an issue I had. Assured me that I would never have to deal with that issue again. Nice to know there are still companies out there that truly care about customer service!

We've used Pacific Shredding for about 3 years for paper shredding and hard drive destruction. They are always professional, helpful and friendly. They take the security of destruction seriously which made me feel safe to have information left there to destroy. They took the time to educate me on their process. I believe they partner with local schools for e-waste functions so it's nice to see that they are also working with community groups as well. We will continue to use them!

I vetted multiple shredding companies in my area, for a one time large volume purging. Several did NOT offer to come to my site to shred a large volume, or to pick up the large volume to shred at their facility. The other companies would pick up at your office on a regular routine, or require you to drop off the documents yourself.At the first phone contact with the shredding department, I was given an accurate quote for the project that did NOT change. They were prompt and reliable for the pick up appointment. And the staff and drivers were very customer-service oriented, pleasant, and thoroughly professional.

These guys are competitively priced, but what won us over was their level of customer service. Everyone was very easy going, efficient, and friendly. We will definitely be using them again!

Great service and everyone I had spoken to over there were all very nice, well mannered, and extremely helpful! I dealt with Cara for our shredding needs and she is an absolute delight. We were able to schedule service for the next day which was pretty quick. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for great service and I will be using them again next time for our shredding needs.

Matt was excellent to work with while getting the service set up. He was timely, thorough, very helpful, and has a great attitude. A potentially stressful situation was relatively easy and I'm very appreciative of that. Mitt followed up on his end and is pleasant, quick, and also very easy to work with. Overall our experience with PRM has been very positive and I'm glad we chose them to handle our storage needs.

Made the switch last year - they charge less than half the price of our previous shredding vendor. Our previous vendor started charging us a gas fee. Not Pacific Records Mgmt! They get the job done without hidden fees in a price range that is more than friendly with our budget, and our sales rep is a hoot! He always follows up and follows through. Looking forward to many years of being their faithful customer.

We are now using this company instead of Derre's mini storage for our busy OBGYN office! They are way cheaper and awesome! Fast when we need a chart or box! They come highly recommended!

Richard Steed and his staff provide a true professional experience in records storage and management. We saved a bunch of money when we made the switch from our previous management company, and the service from Pacific is head-and-shoulders above. Our firm recently switched to Pacific Records Management. Previously we had stored our own archived client records at a self-storage company. It was always a big headache to get any files out of storage; we had to send an employee over to dig them out, costing time and money. Now we send a fax and get our requested records the next day. It's easy, quick and way less expensive!Pacific Records Management made the transition extremely smooth and easy, erasing any anxieties we may have had about moving our mountain of records. The cherry on the cupcake: there were no "hidden costs" on our first invoice... they gave us a quote and stuck to it. It's obvious that their #1 priority is customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for their integrity, OUTSTANDING customer service and valuable product.

I work in the Records Dept. of a large law firm and have been using Pacific Storage for over 12 years. Richard, Shelly, Leon, David (and all of the employees at PS) are caring individuals who know how to solve records management issues. They provide great customer service, making my job easier. They also make it easier because they're willing to help solve storage issues, provide special destruction services, retrieve and deliver urgent file requests, and much more. I worked with Richard Steed, Vice President of Pacific Records Management, for many years with a previous employer. Richard made it possible to leave another storage facility we were not happy with and we never experienced the same issues again. I highly recommend Pacific Records Management.

Worked with Mike Young to help me cut my storage costs down and I would never look back. He found me a great solution, made sure the boxes got to the facility in a timely and made sure everything was wrapped up neatly. I would reccomend him to anybody who has lots of documents to store and is using a private storage or taking up office space with it.
