Anita answered all my questions when I called ahead to find out how it works. Pricing is affordable & they have route & drop off options. Fair pricing. I did the drop off option & was greeted by Orlando. He was so friendly & even replaced my boxes with crisp new ones. Highly recommend!

6-8-26 update
Once again I had a few boxes of documents to shred. Orlando and Jesse were very helpful. No waiting, I just backed up to the drop-off area, went into the office and was quickly greeted. I highly recommend Pacific Shredding!

I took several bags of old documents to drop off for shredding today. Jose/Jesse were very helpful! One of them came and loaded my items quickly and was very friendly! I'll be back!
