⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE STARS JUST AREN’T ENOUGH!
What an absolutely WONDERFUL experience my sister and I had at Pacific Shredding today!
As we prepare for our big move to Arkansas, we had several boxes of personal documents that needed shredding. Having never used a shredding service before, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Well, let me tell you, from our very first phone call to the moment we left, the customer service was nothing short of OUTSTANDING!
My first interaction was with Anita over the phone. She was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She took the time to explain their services and made me feel completely comfortable about bringing our items in.
When we arrived, we hadn’t even gotten out of our car before Jesse was already heading our way with a rolling cart and the BIGGEST smile on his face! He greeted us like we were old friends! When we explained that this was our first experience with professional shredding and we didn’t know what we were doing, he immediately reassured us that he would take good care of everything. And boy, did he deliver! We didn’t have to lift a finger! Jesse personally unloaded every box from our vehicle and escorted us right to the front entrance. What a gentleman!
That’s where we met Orlando, who was equally AMAZING! He was prompt, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He treated us with such genuine kindness and respect that we felt more like longtime friends than first-time customers.
In a world where exceptional customer service sometimes seems like a thing of the past, Pacific Shredding is a shining example of how customers SHOULD be treated!
Anita, Jesse, and Orlando, THANK YOU for turning what could have been just another errand into such a pleasant and memorable experience. Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed!
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pacific Shredding to absolutely anyone needing shredding services. They have earned every one of these five stars and then some!

Love this place! Shredding made easy, I pulled up and Jesse and Jose unloaded my banker boxes of shred material. Super easy, thank you Jose and Jesse for saving my old back!
